The State of Connecticut requires employers to educate their employees regarding their participation in the CIRMAcare Medical Care Program. The document links below will provide you the training materials you need for your training program:
Job Site Poster (PDF fillable form) - This "Notice to Employees" posting is required by law to be posted in a conspicuous place in each workplace. Download the form, add the required information, then print the copies you need on yellow paper, and post in each work location.
Employee Injury Brochure (PDF fillable form) - This Tri-fold brochure is required by law to be distributed to all employees as part of your employee education program. A copy should be provided to every new employee as part of their new employee orientation. Copies may be provided as part of a "payroll stuffer," as an email attachment, as handouts, or by any means by which you communicate changes in health care benefits. CIRMA recommends that you post a copy beside each "Notice to Employees."
