A Better Way To Report and Manage CIRMA Claims

After several years of careful planning, CIRMA began its journey, building a modernized claim management platform that would significantly enhance the way we do business and improve claim reporting and management processes for our members. Through an investment in Guidewire’s Core, Data, and Digital products, we set out to increase operational agility, bolster business efficiencies and enrich member experiences across all of our lines of businesses.

To that end, CIRMA’s latest technological investment, CIRMA ClaimCentralSM was carefully built to provide you with a better way to report and manage claims. CIRMA ClaimCentral will replace CIRMA’s existing iVOS claim tool and will be available to members, September 14, 2020.

The new-and-improved platform offers easier access, faster claim reporting, consistency across Workers' Compensation (WC) and Liability-Auto-Property (LAP), stronger user enablement, robust data capture, and seamless digital attributes across the board.

Here’s a few important details you should know:

  • Starting September 14, 2020 all CIRMA claims should be reported online via the CIRMA ClaimCentral portal (WC and LAP).

  • Leading up to September 14, 2020, we will communicate important details on how users can access and register for the new portal.

  • A variety of helpful resources will be available to ensure that the transition to CIRMA ClaimCentral is a smooth one—our staff will be available to assist you, every step of the way.

  • For your convenience, traditional email and telephonic reporting channels will remain available for a period of time as you transition to the new portal.

  • Existing WC and LAP reporting options will remain available for non-member claimants, and catastrophic claim reporting (email and phone reporting).

These are exciting times for CIRMA and this latest investment typifies our ongoing commitment to delivering scalable and streamlined digital capabilities that will empower our Claim professionals to make more swift and precise decisions, and help members report and manage losses more effectively.
