Employment practices laws are complicated. We can help.

Employment Practices Liability is often a challenging and complex environment to navigate. That’s why we partnered with a leading Connecticut-based law firm to provide access to expert legal advice to aid members in preventing and mitigating employment practice-related claims.

Through CIRMA’s Employment Practices Liability (EPL) Helpline program, experienced partner attorneys provide CIRMA Members expert legal advice on all aspects of employment practices law. The EPL Helpline is available exclusively to CIRMA members who have access to one hour of expert legal advice on issues relating to employment practice each month at no additional charge.

CIRMA members can reach the helpline at: 833-544-4110
or e-mail at cirmahotline@rosekallor.com

Helpline topics include:

  • Hiring, promotion, leave, and termination practices
  • Harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and discipline issues
  • Compliance areas, including wage and hour law, Americans with Disabilities Act, and CHRO
  • Union and labor relations

Experienced attorneys will reply to Helpline questions within one business day.

This program is provided exclusively to CIRMA members in Connecticut.
