Hamas’ invasion of Israel in October 2023 and the resulting war have triggered a rise in hateful invective in society at large, as well as in schools and workplaces.  We will use those events and public events after that to form a framework for a legal discussion of the rights of employees and students, as well as the obligation of management to create safe learning and working environments.
